The South Florida Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATES AND TIMES: Thursday, February 8, 2018, 9:00 a.m., Governing Board Meeting; Thursday, February 8, 2018, 10:00 a.m. or immediately following the conclusion of the Governing Board Meeting of the South Florida Water Management District Audit & Finance Committee Meeting

PLACE: Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, Carl T. Langford Board Room, One Jeff Fuqua Blvd., Orlando, FL 32827

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: All or part of these meetings may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation by Governing Board members. The Governing Board may take official action at the meetings on any item appearing on the agenda and on any item that is added to the agenda as a result of a change to the agenda approved by the presiding officer of the meeting pursuant to Section 120.525, Florida Statutes.

Governing Board to discuss and consider District business, including regulatory and non-regulatory matters; and Governing Board to consider a budget amendment to the District’s Fiscal Year 2017-2018 budget in the amount of $375,000 from the District’s Wetland Mitigation Fund to acquire additional lands from willing sellers for the Shingle Creek Project.
