Project:  Florida Department of Corrections (“FDC”) – Hurricane Irma Roof Repairs

CORE Construction Services of Florida, LLC is seeking Subcontractor Bids for FDC Roof Repairs in 4 FL locations.

Homestead (2), Punta Gorda and Okeechobee, FL to meet FDC’s Guidelines, Design Standards and assigned requirements.

MANDATORY pre-bid meetings are scheduled for:

2/12/19 9:00 a.m. – Dade–19000 SW 377th St., Homestead

2/12/19 11:00 a.m. – Homestead–19000 377th St., Homestead

2/13/19 9:00 a.m. – Okeechobee-3420 NE 168th, Okeechobee

2/13/19 3:00 p.m.- Charlotte-33123 Oil Well Rd, Punta Gorda

Any individuals interested in attending MANDATORY pre-bid meeting, must undergo a simple background check prior to entry.  Please complete and return Section 5 of the ITB by February 6, 2019 (refer to Building Connected for the ITB).

There are no drawings. Bid documents are available online through the website ‘Building Connected’. For access to files send a request for a bid invite to [e-mail].  Submit RFI’s to [e-mail] no later than 2:00 p.m., February 22, 2019.
