67-21.018: Refundings and Troubled Development ReviewNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on December 21, 2007, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Variance of paragraph 67-21.018(4)(f), Florida Administrative Code, from Eastridge Partners, Ltd. (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a variance of the requirement from the rule to allow for a five-year period of interest only payments, followed by an amortization period for the remaining life of the refunding bonds.
