NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 29, 2015, the Board of Podiatric Medicine received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Steven L. Friedman, DPM. Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B18-17.001(4), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that except for the home study authorized by subsection 64B18-17.002(1), F.A.C., a licensed podiatric physician may receive only up to 8 hours credit for home study continuing education programs taken during the biennium.
