REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ): The Department of Management Services, Division of Real Estate Development and Management, request qualifications for licensed class “A” Air-Conditioning Contractor or “CM” Mechanical Contractors, to submit for Construction Management at Risk services on the following project:

PROJECT LOCATION: Tallahassee, Florida, Leon County

APPROXIMATE BUDGET: $1,500,000.00
