    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from WCI Communities, Inc. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Sections M1507.2 & M1602.2.4, Florida Building Code 5th edition (2014), Residential as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether dedicated, independent dehumidifiers may be used in new & existing residential dwellings to transfer air from closets and bathrooms to be filtered & introduced into the house.
