NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 28, 2023, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for San-Dip, LLC at 2900 N Monroe St. Tallahassee, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Rule 3.11.3, ASME A17.3, 2015 edition, as adopted by 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators with firefighters’ emergency operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship. Any interested person may file comments within 5 days of the publication of this notice with Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1013 (VW2023-157).
