    DEPARTMENT OF STATE

    The Division of Elections for the Florida Department of State announces a public hearing pursuant to Section 120.525, Florida Statutes, to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: Monday, January 16, 2006, 1:00 p.m.

    PLACE: Florida Heritage Hall, R.A. Gray Building, 500 S. Bronough Street, Tallahassee, Florida

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To consider comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee, and to receive and consider any other additional public comments pertaining to Rule 1S-2.034, F.A.C., relating to polling place procedures, and Form DS-DE #11, entitled the Polling Place Procedures Manual, which is incorporated by reference. A proposed rule hearing was held on November 14, 2005. Additional comments may be presented orally or in writing at the hearing. Written comments may also be submitted but must be received no later than the date of the public hearing in order for the comments to be a part of the record.
