NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from SunCoast Nursery and Tiki Huts, Inc., on November 14, 2013.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 61G4-15.015(2), Florida Administrative Code as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioners seek interpretation of subsection 61G4-15.015(2), confirming that his Specialty Structure Contractor license is in compliance for construction of tiki huts. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
