    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 30, 2014, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from The Village Miami Phase I, LTD., requesting a waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(1)(a), F.A.C., to allow for the replacement of the Applicant’s current non-managing general partner with a wholly-owned affiliate of such non-managing general partner, and (ii) the transfer of twenty one percent (21%) of the membership interests in the substituted non-managing general partner, to another entity.
