NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 40, No. 234, December 4, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The second bullet point in the Summary of the Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs approved by the agency is corrected to state:
The rule is likely to directly or indirectly have an adverse impact on business competitiveness, including the ability of persons doing business in the state to compete with persons doing business in other states or domestic markets, productivity, or innovation in excess of $1 million in the aggregate within 5 years after the implementation of the rule.
The following is added to the rule text of the proposed rule immediately following the final text:
PROPOSED EFFECTIVE DATE: June 30, 2015.
