FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
City of Miami Beach
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Miami Beach’s proposed project for the rehabilitation of their drinking water system will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The project includes the replacement of four groundwater storage tanks, installation of a new 5.0-million-gallon storage tank; rehabilitation of six pump stations; and replacement of 103,400 feet of water mains. The estimated project is $68,200,000.
