NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 23, 2019, the Board of Psychology, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Ted Liberty, from paragraph 64B19-11.0035(2)(b), F.A.C., which requires an original, signed letter on official letterhead sent directly to the Board from the director of a doctoral psychology program accredited by the accrediting agency recognized and approved by the United States Department of Education. Petitioner has also requested a variance or waiver of paragraphs 64B19-11.005(1)(c), (2), and (3), F.A.C., which outlines the supervised experience requirements.
