NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from City of Port St. Lucie, filed on December 18, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 468, Florida Building Code, Chapter 1, as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner seeks clarification as to who can do residential/commercial gas line inspections and plan examinations in the state of Florida. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
