NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 16, 2009, the Department of Financial Services, Division of Fire Marshal, received a petition for variance filed by Milestone Group, Inc. Nature of Rule 69A-60.004, F.A.C., adopts National Fire Protection Association Standard 101-31.3.4.1.1 (2006) edition which requires existing apartment buildings with more than three stories or with more than 11 dwelling units to be provided with a fire alarm system.
