NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 13, 2013, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice received a petition for a variance or waiver, filed by Raphael Grenfell, of Rule 64B17-4.003, F.A.C., which requires applicants for licensure by endorsement have received a determination that their educational credentials are equivalent to the education required for licensure as a physical therapist assistant in the United States as determined by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy.
