NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-15-006 on January 6, 2015, in response to an application submitted by Lake Yvette Homeowner’s Association, Inc., Unit 2 for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department determined that the application did not meet the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization because revitalization was approved by homeowners more than sixty days prior to submission to the Department, which violates Section 720.406(1), Florida Statutes. Accordingly, the Department’s Final Order denied the applications for covenant revitalization.
