NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 6, 2015, the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, received a petition for waiver or variance filed by Chrishinda T. Dempsey, seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 64B4-3.003(2)(c), F.A.C., which requires that the minimum passing score of the marital and family therapy examination is the recommended cut-off score provided by the national vendor and established according to the Angoff procedure.
