NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 6, 2015, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for City Vista Associates, LLC., requesting a waiver of Rule 67-48.00(3)(i) and (j) RFA 2014-115, for a Change in Number of Units and in Total Set-Aside Percentage.
