NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 214, November 3, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The correction is in response to comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated November 18, 2015. The correction is as follows:
64B8-42.002(3)(a) and (b): the typographical errors found in these sections will be adjusted. The spelling for “competency” will be corrected. A period will be placed at the end of the first sentence in place of the semicolon.
64B8-42.002(5): the reference to section 468.509(3)(b), F.S. shall be corrected to read as section 468.509(3), F.S.
