The Florida Public Service Commission hereby gives notice:

that 4111 South Ocean Drive, LLC’s, petition for variance or waiver from subsections 25-6.049(5) and (6) F.A.C., filed on October 13, 2015, in Docket No. 150222-EU was granted by the Commission by Order No. PSC-15-0565-PAA-EU, issued December 15, 2015, and consummated by Order No. PSC-16-0014-CO-EU, issued January 7, 2016. The rule addresses individual electric metering by utilities and codifies the standards for master-metered condominiums. The petition was approved on the basis that the purpose of the underlying statute would be achieved by other means and application of the rule would create a substantial hardship and violate principles of fairness.
