REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE H. LEE MOFFITT CANCER CENTER AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE, INC. TAMPA, FLORIDA RFP 19-13-SSP
The H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively “Moffitt”) is seeking qualifications from qualified and responsible parties interested in providing architectural services for the Moffitt Cancer Center New Hospital Expansion as described in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The RFP is the first step in the selection process of qualified entities to enter into a contract. The submission must be made in accordance with the instructions outlined in RFP 19-13-SSP.
General Information. The Moffitt Cancer Center is soliciting qualifications from architectural firms to provide services for the Moffitt Cancer Center New Hospital Expansion in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this RFP, including any attachments hereto.
RFP Package: The RFP package - including the complete RFP instructions, which must be evaluated before submission of the Architectural response - can be found via the following link: http://www.moffitt.org/supplieropportunities.
Submittals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 13, 2019, at rfp@moffitt.org. Telefacsimile (fax) and telephone submittals are not acceptable and will not be considered. Properly submitted proposals will not be returned to the respondent. Any plans and/or specifications will become the property of Moffitt.
