Division of Housing and Community DevelopmentNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jose Sanchez, President, Fenestration Testing Laboratory, Inc., on November 17, 2008, regarding a testing laboratory’s ability to create an alternative entity to provide validation services in regard to state product approval applications. It was subsequently amended on November 25, 2008. It has been assigned the number DCA08-DEC-339.
