NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 11, 2008, the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission, received a petition for waiver of Rule 11B-30.006, F.A.C., from Latonya Buchanan. The Petitioner wishes the Commission to waive that portion of the rule requiring a candidate to take the state officer certification examination within four years of beginning basic recruit training. Petitioner did not take the examination within four years of beginning basic recruit training.
