GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The purpose of this meeting is to receive and record all evaluation scores for the RFP and calculate the final scores according to the evaluation methodology outlined in the RFP #10K12BS1for the Customer Survey and Evaluation of Comprehensive Refugee Services in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties, as provided for in Section 2.5 of RFP, published on the Vendor Bid System (VBS) on November 1, 2012. Notice of the foregoing meetings will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes. The VBS can be accessed at: http://vbs.dms.state.fl.us/.
