    The Southwest Florida Water Management District announces a closed door attorney-client session.

    DATE AND TIME: January 27, 2015, and will begin following the conclusion of the closed door attorney-client session on SWFWMD v. Parsons Water & Infrastructure, Inc., which begins at 11:30 am. This closed door attorney-client session will conclude upon the completion of the strategy discussion on Riverside Heights Holdings, LLC. V. SWFWMD, et al (13th Judicial Circuit, Case No. 12CA011728).

    PLACE: Southwest Florida Water Management District, Tampa Service Office, Governing Board Meeting Room, 7601 Highway 301 North, Tampa, FL 33637. (All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of Governing Board members).

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Closed door attorney-client session pursuant to Section 286.011(8), F.S., to discuss strategy related to litigation expenditures and/or settlement negotiations in Riverside Heights Holdings, LLC. V. SWFWMD, et al (13th Judicial Circuit, Case No. 12CA011728). The subject matter shall be confined to the pending litigation.
