Notice of Lifting Emergency Action
On January 7, 2015, State Surgeon General, issued an Order Lifting Emergency Restriction Order with regard to the license of Megan J. D’Angelo, R.N., License #: RN 9214060. The Department orders that the Emergency Restriction of License be lifted and the license be reinstated.
