    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Chiropractic Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from Dr. Christine L. Barry, filed on October 17, 2016. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Rule 64B2-13.004(4)(d), F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner is seeking the Board’s interpretation regarding the qualifications for speakers or lecturers of continuing education courses. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after the publication of this notice.
