NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from Tampa Electric Company in Docket No. 20200011-EI, filed January 6, 2020, seeking a temporary, five-year variance from or waiver of the method used for calculating the investment allowance, or customer credit used in determining Contribution-in-Aid-of-Construction in paragraph 25-6.064(2)(c), Florida Administrative Code, as applied to new or upgraded line extensions for electric vehicle fast charger projects.
