  • NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by David H. Rogel, Esq., In Re: Club Atlantis Condominium Association, Inc., on July 08, 2010. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition:
    The Division finds that Club Atlantis Condominium Association, Inc. must insure the limited common element cabanas and may not pass along the cost of the insurance of the cabanas to the unit owners who have exclusive use of the cabanas under the amendments to Section 718.111(11), Florida Statutes.
