    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Department will hold the fifth Stakeholder Meeting to discuss the Proposed Palm Beach Island Beach Management Agreement (BMA). The BMA is intended to coordinate and facilitate flexible permitting for beach sand management projects and to achieve a net environmental benefit and related public objectives for Palm Beach Island.
