The Florida State College at Jacksonville District Board of Trustees announces the following meeting to which the public is invited.
REGULAR MONTHLY BOARD MEETING:
DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, October 8, 2013, 12:00 Noon – 2:00 p.m.
PLACE: Administrative Offices, Board Room 405, 501 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Regular meeting.
Copies of the agenda for the regular monthly Board meeting will be available for inspection beginning Tuesday, October 1, 2013, and copies will be provided upon written request and the payment of approved duplicating charges. Any person wishing to address agenda items at the Board of Trustees meeting will be provided an opportunity to do so by appearing before the Board at the meeting.
All objections to this notice or the propriety of the scheduled public meeting should be filed in writing with the Interim College President, Florida State College at Jacksonville, on or before October 8, 2013. All legal issues should be brought to the College’s attention and an attempt made to resolve them prior to the public meeting. Any person wishing to appeal a decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceeding for such an appeal and may, therefore, need to ensure that a verbatim record is made.
