NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Robert K. Gullo, In Re: Landmark Oaks Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2013038947, filed on September 18, 2013.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.111(12)(c)(7), Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.

Whether a unit owner is entitled to an electronic copy of the financial data stored by Landmark Oaks Condominium Association in the electronic format under Section 718.111(12)(c)(7), Florida Statutes, where the association granted the owner access to the financial data and provided paper copies of the same data to the unit owner.
