65C-22.001General Information

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 19, 2013, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 65C-22.001(6)(a), Florida Administrative Code, from New Operation Cooper Street, Inc. Paragraph 65C-22.001(6)(a), F.A.C., states when any vehicle is regularly used by a child care facility to provide transportation, the driver shall have a current Florida driver's license, an annual physical examination.
