NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 28, 2018, the Department of Education published its 2018-2019 Regulatory Plan in accordance with subsection 120.74(1), F.S. The Regulatory Plan is available on the Department’s website at http://www.fldoe.org/policy/state-board-of-edu/rule-review.stml.
