NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Cosmetology has received the petition for declaratory statement from Sheynell Romero, filed on September 18, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 477.013, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board regarding the scope of practice for a licensed Cosmetologist to perform full body waxing and sugaring (inclusive of bikini and Brazilians), as it pertains to statute. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
