NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Deborah Ann Murphy Brito, filed on September 11, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraph 489.105(3)(o), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board regarding whether a photovoltaic system installation is in the scope of practice of a General Contractor. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
