PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The proposed rule amendment clarifies the rule language and reduces the filing burden on employee leasing companies.
SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The Board proposes the development of a rule amendment that reduces the documentation that employee leasing companies must file in the second and fourth calendar quarters. Board Form DBPR EL-4504 is updated to coincide with the amended rule language.
