The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On September 30, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an amended order granting the waiver from paragraph 67-21.026(13)(e), subparagraph 67-21.014(2)(r)6, and paragraph 67-48.0072(17)(f) Florida Administrative Code (7-11-19) from Ambar Trail, Ltd., allowing Petitioner to perform work that is usually performed by subcontractors. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The amended petition was filed on July 24, 2024, and notice of the receipt of amended petition was published on July 25. 2024, in Vol. 50, Number 145 F.A.R.
