    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 7, 2013, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Marina Bay Condominium. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 211.3c(3)(a), as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators phase II emergency in-car operation which poses a significant economic/financial hardship. Any interested person may file comments within 5 days of the publication of this notice with Mark Boutin, Bureau of Elevator Safety, 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1013 (VW2013-339).
