NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Kendal Siegrist on June 9, 2016. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition:

The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Volume 42, No. 132, of the July 8, 2016, Florida Administrative Register. The Petitioner sought a declaratory statement regarding the licensing requirements to lift or move houses when working directly for a homeowner in Florida. The Board’s Order, filed on September 29, 2016, declines to issue a declaratory statement in this matter because the Petitioner is not a substantially affected and does not have standing to request a declaratory statement, and the petition is legally deficient.
