NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 3, 2016, the Board of Dentistry received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Lesbia B. Drukteinis, DDS, seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B5-14.003, Florida Administrative Code, which requires that the applicant for a Pediatric Conscious Sedation Permit demonstrates that he/she graduated within 24 months prior to application for the permit, from an accredited post-doctoral pediatric residency.
