The Florida Department of Transportation District 2 announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.
DATE AND TIME: October 23, 2012, from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
PLACE: FDOT Urban Office Training Facility, 2198 Edison Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32204
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This meeting is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning Financial Project ID Number 415254-1, otherwise known as the Newnan/Hubbard Street Bridge Reconstruction over Hogans Creek, in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. The proposed reconstruction of the Newnan/Hubbard St. Bridge will consist of two new travel lanes, bike lanes, curb & gutter and sidewalks. The existing roadway approaches will also be rebuilt to facilitate the bridge reconstruction. The existing architectural walls will remain in place. A detour route will be provided along Orange, Market and Phelps Streets during construction. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
