    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 9, 2012, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Ridge Wood Condo. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of an unspecified Section of A17.3, as adopted by 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires upgrading the elevators operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
