NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 27, 2013, the Board of Nursing, received a petition for Variance or Waiver filed by Maggie Teachout, on behalf of Lake County Schools. The petition seeks the agency's approval to waive the requirement of paragraph 64B9-15.005(2)(a) regarding the one year experience in nursing home services requirement.
