    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Psychology has received the petition for declaratory statement from Mary M.C. Wetherby, Ph.D, on September 12, 2013. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of paragraph 490.003(4)(a), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement on Section 490.003(4)(a) Florida Statutes, regarding whether she would be allowed to use Skype, Facetime and other means of telepsychology with her patients in Florida while living in California. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
