    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Centerline Utilities, Inc., on September 25, 2013. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 489, Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement on Chapter 489, Florida Statutes, regarding whether a licensed plumbing contractor is required to install a commercial grease trap. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
