PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board of Supervisors of the Village Community Development District No. 10 request that the Commission authorize the creation of Rule Chapter 42PPP-1, F.A.C., in order to expand the boundary of the District. Expansion of a community development district is authorized by Section 190.046, F.S.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The District’s Amended Petition requests the Commission authorize the addition of approximately 99.3 acres of land to the existing boundaries of the District. The lands proposed to be added consist of approximately 9.8 acres within unincorporated Sumter County and approximately 89.5 acres within the City of Wildwood.

RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: 190.005 FS.

LAW IMPLEMENTED: 190.005, 190.046 FS.
