PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of this rule development is to update and modify the Terms and Conditions for the Florida ABLE Program, including revisions to certain processing time references, disposition of expired and unclaimed funds and clarifying language to maintain compliance with Section 529A of the Internal Revenue Code and state law.
