    Construction Industry Licensing Board

    The Construction Industry Licensing Board hereby gives notice of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on July 11, 2017, by Fred R. Dudley, Esq., on behalf of Anthony Iacampo. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published July 21, 2017 in Vol. 43, No. 141 of the, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner ask the Board for a variance or waiver from the requirement to demonstrate financial stability through obtaining a FICO derived credit score as set forth in Rule 61G4-15.006, Florida Administrative Code and defined in Rule 61G4-12.011. The Board considered the Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on August 11, 2017, in Jupiter, Florida. The Board’s Order, filed on September 27, 2017, granted the Petition for a Variance or Waiver finding that the Petitioner has established that applying the rule would create a substantial hardship or would violate principles of fairness.
